Guides are generated on-the-fly based on a user’s travel dates, destination and selected preferences. Offbeat Guides aggregates and composes content from various internet sources, including: wikipedia, wikitravel, Flickr and Google Maps, and other proprietary data sources that have relationships with the company. Once a user has built a her personal guide book it can be delivered as a PDF or shipped as a printed book.
