tripwolf provides individualized “social” travel guides based around its community of independent travelers. It aggregates destination content from established travel guides such as Footprint and Marco Polo, and supplements this with user generated content from members of its community. This content covers personal travel reviews, tips, recommendations, travel photos. Currently, the content covers around 50,000 specific destinations. The tripwolf service allows a user to create a custom guide based on a destination. The guide can then be printed, save as a PDF document or downloaded to an iPhone app.
